illwerke vkw

There are jobs you grow into. And there are jobs you grow out of. This spot is about the second kind and takes it literally.

Two people in work clothes sit in a room that has clearly become too small for them. The wallpaper is closing in, the cuckoo clock hangs at eye level, and standing up is out of the question. Nobody is to blame; the room was once exactly right. It’s just that the two of them have outgrown their tasks.

For anyone who finds this familiar, illwerke vkw has a suggestion: more room. Projects are waiting there that are big enough to grow with, from expanding renewable energy to the energy transition in the region. In 55 seconds, the recruiting spot asks the question some people have been asking themselves for a while.
