The third spot goes back the furthest. A cave, a fur, a few boulders, and in the middle of it all a Stone Age woman with a game controller in her hands.

She plays. Then the picture freezes. She swears, presumably the first person in history to do so about an internet connection. Many years pass. When we see her again, she is an old woman with cobwebs in her hair, the controller still in her hand. The internet is still frozen.

Together with “Geschichte” and “Mittelalter”, the film forms a small series for vkw Glasfaser. Three eras, one insight: patience used to be a virtue. Today there is fibre.
