About the project
Some cases begin with a crime. This one begins with a suspicion: no furniture can be that good.
A detective takes on CASA Möbel. The fabulous quality everyone talks about cannot possibly be the truth. Verily, it must be a deception. So he investigates, thoroughly and incorruptibly, and realises along the way that his investigation has long since become something bigger: a mission.
In the end he reaches a result no investigator likes to take home: there is nothing to uncover. It’s all true. CASA Möbel is simply enchanting. In just under three minutes, the commercial tells a gripping story about truth, eclecticism and superlatives, and it won the AUSTRIACUS for it, Austria’s federal advertising award.
