Hypo Immobilien & Leasing

With property and leasing, you usually expect a man in a suit standing in front of an office building, looking serious. We kept the man in the suit. We changed everything else.

Our presenter guides us through the merits of Hypo Immobilien & Leasing, though very much in his own way. For example while meditating, cross-legged, in the middle of the sawdust of a carpentry workshop. What he says is meant seriously. How he says it, rather less so.

The commercial does without figures and without jargon. It relies on strong images and one sentence that explains everything else: Weil’s funktioniert. Because it works.
